Do you partner with anyone?
No. We need to feel confident a company genuinely provides great opportunities for women to progress their careers. We have specific criteria we use to measure this such as: Female leadership proportions, ERG groups and initiatives, flexibility options beyond NES framework, benefits to support women in the workplace, training and development initiatives. Do we have to pay recruitment fees?
Yes. We’re doing something great for the women in our community and growing our recruitment business.
How do you nurture this talent pool?
In addition to initiatives such as the ‘APAC Woman to Watch’ we host regular targeted events such as breakfast roundtables, leadership lunches, coffee meetups and other events across the region, bringing together women in sales to connect, share, and grow. These events keep us deeply connected to talent across all career stages and ensure we can spot rising stars early.
Can we run an event with you?
Potentially! We have a limited calendar of yearly events which we partner with companies on. We provide priority access to our clients of course but we always love to talk through new ideas for events that support our community.
