With this community now a thriving hub of over 5000 women, we are now in a unique position to help connect our talent with companies that have great initiatives in place to help them grow a spectacular career. What’s the commercial model?
We engage with you in the same success on placement fee model that most recruitment agencies use. % fee can vary depending on volume and length of engagement.
Do you partner with anyone?
No. We only partner with organisations that meet selection criteria. Eg, female leadership, head of diversity and inclusion.
How do you nurture this talent pool?
In addition to content and initiatives such as the ‘APAC Woman to Watch’ we host regular targeted events such as breakfast roundtables, leadership lunches, coffee meetups and other events across the region, bringing together women in sales to connect, share, and grow. These events keep us deeply connected to talent across all career stages and ensure we can spot rising stars early.
Can we run an event with you?
