This series A fintech is scaling their APJ presence. They are seeking a Marketing Director to support their next wave of growth. Marketing to top 500 companies in APAC, this role will suit someone with a track record in the enterprise space and account based marketing. The ideal candidate will be responsible leading an effective marketing strategy to propel company growth. You will work closely with founders and executive team to understand marketing needs, act as a company advocate to external sources, and drive revenue growth through successful marketing campaigns.
The role will be the first marketing hire for the company, with an opportunity to shape the business as it pushes into international markets like Europe and US. Obviously as first hire, you’ll need to be comfortable being hands on and resourceful, leveraging contractors and agencies where appropriate.

Design marketing strategy to support the next stage of ARR growth
Devise strategy to market to top enterprise accounts in a high touch way
Implement inbound lead generation strategy
Ensure messaging consistent across main channels
Experiment across channels to identify growth loops

Experience in marketing to enterprise accounts
Worked within an early stage environment to drive growth
Experience in running events and offline campaigns
Ideally experienced in running linkedin campaigns
