We’re excited to support an Australian SaaS company to launch in the United States with its first sales executive to expand the region. They’re looking for a seasoned salesperson with industry knowledge in property and facility management to create a GTM plan.
Responsibilities
Build new relationships with customers in industrial and commercial property markets
Work with a BDR to generate new leads and sales pipeline
Ability to share knowledge with customers about asset performance, facility and infrastructure management
Manage multiple stakeholders and sell enterprise products to C-Suite and Industry owners
Meet and exceed sales targets
Understand and keep up to date with industry and competitive landscape knowledge
You
3 – 5 years of software sales experience or consulting in prop-tech or facility management
Ability to build sales pipelines remotely and have strong organization skills
Input data into a CRM
