Branch Executive (Retail Fintech Trading, Investment App)
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service Excellence: Engage with customers to understand their investment goals and identify opportunities to assist them further.
- Answer customer inquiries, provide information on the investment app. Explain the features of the app to clients.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge across the capabilities of the app.
- With the leadership of the Branch Manager, help achieve individual and branch referral targets by identifying customer needs and proposing solutions via the app’s offering.
- Operational Efficiency & Compliance: Adhere strictly to policies, procedures, and security protocols.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with branch colleagues to achieve team goals and maintain a positive working environment.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Support new team members and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Previous experience in a branch or customer service role, ideally within a retail or financial services environment (experience in banking is highly regarded but not essential).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- A genuine passion for personal finance/investments/stock markets, helping people and delivering exceptional customer service.
