Partner Manager – SaaS
About the job
We’re looking for a Partner Sales Manager to drive growth by building and managing relationships with Managed Service Providers (MSPs). This role is focused on acquiring new MSP partners, enabling them to sell our SaaS solutions, and developing long-term partnerships that drive mutual success.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new MSP partners across target markets.
- Build strong relationships with MSP decision-makers to position our SaaS solutions as part of their portfolio.
- Develop and execute partner acquisition strategies to expand partner network and market reach.
- Enable and support partners with training, sales tools, and joint go-to-market initiatives.
- Track partner performance, pipeline, and revenue contributions.
- Collaborate with internal sales and marketing teams to design campaigns tailored for MSPs.
About You
- Proven experience in partner/channel sales within SaaS, IT, or cloud solutions.
- Strong network and understanding of the MSP ecosystem.
- Skilled in partner acquisition and relationship management.
- Commercially driven with a focus on revenue and growth outcomes.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
