Bangkok, TH – Admin Specialist (Global Fintech Investment Brand)
A global brand expanding into the Thailand market is on the search for a capable Admin Specialist/Office Specialist. This opportunity is exciting for someone to take ownership of establishing and running all operational facets for our newly launched entity in Thailand.
This critical, hands-on role covers vendor management, procurement, facilities, travel, and compliance, making you the backbone of the organization’s daily success.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end daily office operations and facilities.
- Handle procurement, asset tracking, and vendor relations (SLAs, renewals).
- Coordinate all business travel, visas, events, and expense review.
- Maintain all SOPs and H&S/compliance protocols.
- Serve as the key administrative liaison for HR, Finance, and IT.
Requirements:
- Around 3+ years of admin experience in Thailand.
- Strong coordination skills, service mindset.
- Demonstrated experience in setting up a new office or entity.
