This role is ideal for an inspired, high-energy, results-focused specialist to drive customer acquisition through powerful influencer and corporate collaborations.
This person helps scale the brand’s market reach by initiating, negotiating, and optimizing high-impact partnerships. You will be responsible for translating market intelligence into measurable growth campaigns.
Key Focus Areas:
- Acquisition: Secure and manage strategic Influencer/KOL and brand partnerships to hit ambitious customer growth targets.
- Strategy: Utilize extensive professional networks to unlock deals and accelerate market penetration.
- Execution: Oversee all aspects of co-branded campaigns (online/offline), from negotiation to detailed performance analysis and optimization.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain deep, long-term relationships with key industry stakeholders.
What You Bring:
- At least 2 years’ experience in partnership or influencer marketing, focused purely on customer acquisition.
- Proven track record of delivering significant, measurable growth through external collaborations.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
- Strong professional network and the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment.
