Opportunity
- Work with the sales team to drive complex, multi-stakeholder deals across multiple industries
- Run the discovery process to understand customer pain points, business objectives, and technical landscape
- Conduct product demonstrations for customers, being a product champion, and a subject matter expert
- Understand customer issues and drive problems through to resolution
- Work with customer success to understand key user and operational metrics to help drive product improvement
What we are looking for:
- 3-5 years of experience within SaaS
- Strong client-facing presentation and communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously
- Highly organised with strong multi-tasking skills
- Positive attitude and great relationship-building skills
- Loves the environment of an early-stage / nimble business
