The Role
Talent Acquisition Specialist (FinTech/Web3)
You will manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle—from initial sourcing and headhunting to the final offer stage. You will act as the face of the brand, ensuring a premium candidate experience before handing over successful hires to the People & Culture Advisory team for onboarding.
- Asian Market Focus: Lead the charge in identifying and attracting top-tier talent within the Asian Crypto and FinTech ecosystem.
- Diverse Portfolio: Manage a mix of high-value IT (Engineers, Developers) and Non-IT (Marketing, Operations, Compliance) roles.
- Strategic Sourcing: Move beyond job boards to proactively headhunt passive talent using localized strategies and platforms.
- Regional Support: Handle low-volume, high-impact recruitment
Who You Are
- Asia Market Expert: You understand the complexities, talent pools, and regulatory risks of the FinTech/Crypto industry in Asian markets.
- FinTech Veteran: You have a background in FinTech or Crypto recruitment; you understand the “language” of the industry.
- Resilient Mindset: You possess a “can-do” attitude and remain steady even when market conditions or hiring pipelines are challenging.
- Execution-Focused: You are comfortable working autonomously to hit hiring targets and can move quickly from “Sourced” to “Hired.”
Requirements
- Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment (In-house or Agency).
- Ability to manage both technical and non-technical vacancies.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, reporting directly to the Head of TA.
