Senior Power BI Analyst | Long-Term Enterprise Project (Sydney)
Location: 📍 Sydney (Hybrid: 2–3 days onsite)
Salary:💰 Up to $160,000 + Super
Type: Permanent
We’re partnering with a well-established enterprise organisation on a long-term analytics transformation program and are looking for a Senior Power BI Analyst who can confidently own dashboard delivery end-to-end.
If you love to tell stories, help translate business requirements with a client, and manage the process end-to-end of gathering requirements to delivering a clear dashboard and standing up to present in front of senior executives within the business, this is exactly what this business will allow you to take ownership of.
This role suits someone who loves turning business problems into intuitive, meaningful visual stories, not managing people, but delivering real business impact through data.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Design and build high-quality Power BI dashboards for business stakeholders
- Translate business requirements into clear, intuitive visualisations
- Work directly with non-technical stakeholders to understand reporting use cases
- Own delivery from requirements gathering through to production release
- Collaborate with an experienced analytics delivery team
- Continuously improve dashboard usability, storytelling, and data presentation
Must-have:
- Strong hands-on Power BI experience, must be hands-on and technical, and know their way around.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Proven ability to turn ambiguous requirements into structured reporting solutions
- Comfortable working autonomously without heavy oversight
- Strong data storytelling and visual design capability
Nice-to-have:
- Working knowledge of SQL
- Experience in enterprise-scale or project-based environments
- Exposure to regulated or complex operational environments
