Senior Account Executive, Health & Fitness Tech SaaS
We’re looking for a Senior Account Executive to join a fast-growing Australia-based health and fitness tech startup. This is a unique opportunity to own the sales function in the early stages and help in shaping how the product is adopted.
About the Role
- Launch pilot programs and proof of concept
- Follow up on warm enquiries
- Lead full-cycle B2B SaaS sales with revenue accountability
- Sell directly to founders and CEOs, not HR teams
- Work closely with the product and engineering teams to position and sell a tech solution
What Success Looks Like
- Closing pilot deals and building early customer success stories.
- Influencing product direction through client feedback.
- Taking ownership of the sales process in a fast-moving startup environment, with founder support in key meetings.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven B2B SaaS sales experience, preferably in a start-up environment
- Comfortable selling to founders and CEOs
- Strong closing track record and revenue accountability
- Experience managing the full sales cycle
- Passionate about health, fitness, and wellbeing
- Entrepreneurial with a self-starter mentality
