Financial/Investment Education Content Manager
Full-Time, Permanent Opportunity
This role focuses on financial literacy and corporate communications. The successful candidate will bridge the gap between complex market insights and digestible investor education, while simultaneously managing the public narrative of a leading digital brokerage.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Education & Content Architecture
- Curriculum Design: Lead the conceptualization and roadmap for investor education, tailoring formats to suit everyone from novice retail traders to sophisticated private wealth clients.
- Knowledge Synthesis: Partner with internal technical experts to translate complex financial data into accurate, compliant, and engaging public-facing materials.
- Standardization: Define and maintain a cohesive brand voice and editorial standard across all educational touchpoints and digital platforms.
Project & Stakeholder Management
- Cross-Functional Liaison: Serve as the central hub for multi-departmental initiatives, aligning product, legal, and marketing goals.
- Operational Oversight: Proactively manage project lifecycles, identifying potential bottlenecks and ensuring all milestones are met by internal and external contributors.
- External Partner Management: Lead the coordination of guest speakers and industry partners, providing briefings and ensuring external narratives align with the firm’s strategic goals.
- Public Relations & Brand Narrative: Manage the PR engine by drafting press releases, developing proactive media pitches, and preparing executive spokespeople for interviews.
Qualifications:
- Experience: At least 3 years in Content Strategy, PR, or Education (Fintech or Finance background preferred).
- Technical Literacy: Solid grasp of financial markets, investment products, and regulatory standards.
- Versatility: A “player-coach” mindset—capable of both high-level strategy and granular execution.
- Communication: Elite writing and verbal skills; ability to distill complex data into clear, logical narratives.
- Organization: High-level project management skills with the ability to lead multiple workstreams simultaneously.
