With global teams, they are now expanding their Applied AI Engineering group in Singapore, hiring engineers who can bridge the gap between research breakthroughs and real-world deployment. This is a rare opportunity to work directly with frontier AI models, helping some of the world’s most ambitious organisations integrate LLMs, RAG systems, and agentic architectures into production environments.
About The Role
As an Applied AI Engineer, you’ll work at the intersection of research, product, and real-world deployment, helping customers build and deploy advanced AI systems using state-of-the-art models.
You’ll partner with organisations across multiple industries, supporting them from initial architecture design through to production deployment, ensuring AI systems deliver real business impact.
This role combines deep technical work with customer-facing collaboration, and is ideal for engineers who enjoy solving complex problems, deploying cutting-edge technology, and working directly with decision-makers.

- Deploying LLM-powered applications into real-world enterprise environments
- Designing RAG pipelines and agentic AI systems for complex use cases
- Fine-tuning models and optimising inference pipelines for production workloads
- Building scalable infrastructure for large-scale AI deployments
- Collaborating with research teams to translate state-of-the-art models into real-world systems
- Helping organisations adopt GenAI across critical business workflows
What You’ll Do
Deploy AI systems into production: Work directly with customers to design and implement real-world AI applications with meaningful business impact.
Bridge research and engineering: Collaborate closely with research teams to productionise cutting-edge models and integrate them into real applications.
Solve complex technical problems: Architect scalable solutions across model deployment, inference optimisation, and data pipelines.
Partner with customers and stakeholders: Work with engineers, data scientists, and technical leaders to understand requirements and guide implementation.
Contribute to the broader AI ecosystem: Participate in open-source projects and contribute to tools and infrastructure around LLM deployment.
What We’re Looking For
- 7+ years of experience as a software engineer, ML engineer, or data scientist
- Strong experience building AI or machine learning systems in production
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG pipelines, or agent-based systems
- Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms and modern AI architectures
- Experience deploying systems in cloud environments or distributed infrastructure
- Experience building or operating systems used by large-scale user bases
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong ownership mindset and ability to operate in high-impact environments
