We’re hiring a Customer Success Manager to join an Aussie fast-growing, AI-enabled SaaS vendor. This is a high-impact role managing a genuinely differentiated platform in the finance sector.
You’ll own the full customer life cycle from onboarding to managing the relationship, working on AI product implementation, backed by a scaling product & growing team in Sydney.
Clear product market fit & strong demand to be managed.
What you’ll be doing
- Owning the full Customer life cycle from onboarding through to implementation.
- Running value-led webinars, enablement & training.
- Working closely with leadership, marketing, solutions, and product teams to drive engagement & retention
What we’re looking for
- Experience as an Onboarding Manager, Customer Success Manager, or Implementation in SaaS.
- Strong relationship-building skills.
- Experience dealing with Finance or professional services businesses
- Experience or desire to be in an earlier-stage / scale-up environment.
