A global FX/CFD brand is seeking a seasoned institutional sales professional to drive global business growth for its regulated, multi-asset prime brokerage and trading technology platform.
Leveraging his/her deep network across FX/CFD markets, the successful candidate will spearhead new business acquisition and expand the brand’s institutional footprint globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Originate, negotiate, and close new business opportunities with brokers, hedge funds, prop firms, and banks.
- Relationship Management: Build and scale long-term global client relationships.
- Solution Selling: Effectively present institutional liquidity, API trading, and risk management solutions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with dealing, liquidity, and compliance teams for seamless client onboarding and support.
- Reporting & Strategy: Track and report pipeline, activity, and revenue metrics directly to senior management.
Requirements
- Experience: 5–10+ years in Institutional FX/CFD Sales with a proven revenue-generating track record.
- Network: An active, strong “book of business” or deep existing relationships with institutional clients.
- Skills: Elite negotiation skills, strong commercial acumen, and a self-driven “hunter” mindset.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Business (or related field).
- Communication: Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence diverse, high-level audiences.
