A fast-growing, well-funded global AI company is building its Thailand business from the ground up and hiring a Field CTO to lead the technical side of it.
What you’ll do
As the Field CTO, you will:
- Lead the technical side of the sales cycle: run product demos, build proofs of concept, and shape the solution architecture for enterprise clients
- Own the architecture and delivery of enterprise AI deployments, end-to-end
- Build and lead the Thailand engineering team from zero
- Grow and lead a lean team of forward-deployed engineers and deployment strategists
- Stay hands-on and close to the code while setting direction
- Partner directly with senior stakeholders across banking, insurance and other sectors
What we’re looking for
A Field CTO with:
- 10+ years in engineering, including senior technical leadership
- A genuine builder: founder or startup background, or a strong senior engineer or tech lead from a top global tech company
- Track record shipping and deploying production systems, ideally AI or ML
- Experience leading technical pre-sales, demos, or POCs
- Comfortable holding your own with senior enterprise stakeholders
- Fluent Thai and English
- Based in Bangkok
