Why Should I Use a Sales Recruiter?

Great question! I’m so glad you asked. We have so much to say.

1. A much faster hiring process. Sometimes hiring in-house can take months as you have internal recruiters spread across large numbers of requisitions rather than specialising in sales recruitment. Between posting the job advertisements, waiting for it to close, reading through resumes, it can be a protracted process. With an external recruiter all you need to do is present us with the specifics of the sales role, sales motion and within a few days you’ll have a list of the best candidates for the job. It’s really that simple.
2. Specialist sales recruitment knowledge. We’re not saying your HR team isn’t well equipped, in fact we know they’re fantastic, or else they wouldn’t be working with you. However, a sales recruiters only job is to recruit, so we’ve become quite good at it, as they say… practice makes perfect. External sales recruiters bring an expert eye to the recruiting process, they spend every day hiring the best sales candidates for others in your industry and have developed tried and tested strategy for curating the best sales teams possible.

This means they know which sales teams are performing, where to find the best candidates, how competitive the market currently is and what you need to do to get the perfect sales rep onto your team.
4. Personalised experience. Some companies choose to complete all their hiring without external help, to ensure they have full control over the process and put themselves in the centre of it.
