Role
Deliver presentations and value-based demos to customers to uncover technical challenges related to product adoption and analytics
Scope and manage proof of concepts, troubleshooting, and workshops
Collaborate with Enterprise and Mid-Market Account Executives in Australia to discover and solve customers’ technical challenges
Support on deal-blocking issues to drive revenue and achieve annual targets
Advise customers on how to implement the platform and how to integrate with 3rd party applications
Be able to support the Aussie team with technical questions and guide employees to deliver the best customer experience
You
4 + years of sales engineering experience in SaaS
Min of 5 years selling in the technology industry
Ideally, have knowledge of front-end development
Clear & articulate demonstrating product value
Hands-on experience with client-side web technologies (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) and troubleshooting techniques
Experience or understanding of integrating SaaS applications (REST APIs, data flows, etc.)
A strong sense of intellectual curiosity
