Now, as they continue expanding globally, they’re looking for exceptional Product Designers who want to shape how people interact with AI-native products and define the future user experience of intelligent software systems.
About The Role
We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Product Designer to help shape the future of AI-driven software products used in high-impact, real-world environments. You’ll play a critical role across both UX and visual design, helping define intuitive, scalable experiences for complex workflows and data-rich platforms.
This is an opportunity to work closely with world-class engineers, product leaders, and operators to design products that solve meaningful operational challenges at scale.
What You’ll Do
- Lead end-to-end product design across UX research, interaction design, visual design, prototyping, and testing
- Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and key stakeholders to transform complex user needs into elegant, intuitive workflows
- Design sophisticated software experiences for enterprise and operational environments, balancing usability, speed, scalability, and aesthetics
- Experiment with emerging AI-native design tools and workflows (Lovable, v0, Cursor, etc.) to help redefine how design integrates into modern product teams
- Build and evolve scalable design systems, patterns, and guidelines across multiple products and surfaces
- Advocate for the user through continuous discovery, iteration, testing, and feedback loops
- Help shape product direction and strategy through strong product thinking and systems-level design thinking
- Work in a fast-moving environment where ideas move quickly from concept to deployment
What They’re Looking For
- 8+ years of experience in Product Design, UX Design, or related fields, ideally within modern SaaS, AI, or workflow-heavy software environments
- Strong portfolio demonstrating elegant solutions for complex products, enterprise platforms, or operational tooling
- Proven ability to design workflow-oriented software that improves usability, efficiency, and productivity
- High proficiency across tools such as Figma, Framer, Adobe Creative Suite, Rive, or similar
- Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, systems thinking, and accessibility standards
- Experience collaborating within high-performing, cross-functional product and engineering teams
- Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly explain design rationale, trade-offs, and user-centered decisions
- Experience working on AI-driven, automation, or data-intensive products is highly regarded
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and moving quickly in startup or scale-up environments
