Scaling SaaS firm in the Capital Market Information space. Strong growth track record in Europe & the Americas, now heavily invested in APAC expansion. Work closely with APAC Leaders and HQ Support Teams to drive a culture of growth.
Scope:
- Coverage of Japan (Main Coverage) & wider APAC region (as required)
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relation to build loyalty and retention while promoting increased usage and adoption of products
- Identify white-space opportunities, and ensure long-term value realization
- Establishing multi-threaded alignment with key stakeholders through rigorous account reviews and long-term strategic planning
- Function as a trusted advisor to overcome internal resistance, prescribe workflow adjustments, and ensure deep product integration into the client’s daily operations
- Maintain high-fidelity CRM data integrity to provide a precise forecast to internal stakeholders
Requirements:
- Able to operate in a dynamic, scaling environment
- Probably a strong network/relationship in the BFSI sector, and sold complex solutions to enterprise customers like
- Investment Banks, Buy-Side/Sell-Side Firms, and Wealth Management Firms
- Able to sell to multiple stakeholders within a business and shape value propositions accordingly
- Track record of successful enterprise contract renewals & upsell
- Hunter mentality for opportunities on account expansion or within white space
- Experienced in selling technology or services to business decision makers
- Demonstrated tenure within roles and achievement of quota
