Salient Group is partnering with a growing Global Cloud Security Vendor to hire a commercially driven Sales Director. As the enterprise sales director, you’ll be at the forefront of winning enterprise cloud security deals & driving growth for the business in Japan.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own and deliver revenue targets across Japan
- Build and execute territory and account plans
- Drive new logo acquisition while expanding existing strategic accounts
- Lead complex sales cycles across cloud security solutions
- Engage senior stakeholders (CISO, CIO, Head of Cloud & Cyber Security decision makers)
- Partner closely with internal teams to accelerate pipeline
- Maintain strong forecast discipline and pipeline hygiene
What We’re Looking For
- 10+ years of enterprise tech sales, with strong cybersecurity coverage
- Proven track record of selling cloud security or adjacent cybersecurity solutions to enterprise clients
- Demonstrated track record of consistently exceeding sales targets.
- Strong relationships with enterprise customers, CISOs, and cybersecurity decision-makers in Japan.
- Ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder, technical sales cycles
- Strong hunter mentality with the ability to land and expand
