Client Services Executive
Equities, Capital Markets, Up to $6K Base + Performance Bonus
Responsibilities:
- Client Servicing: Service the company’s clients, who are from top high net worth, ultra high net worth, VIPs, and financial institutions. Be the reliable servicing partner, providing support such as onboarding, account opening & servicing, among others.
- Customer Service: Ensure that the servicing of these clients remains compliant, consistent, efficient, and most importantly, caters to their needs.
- Reviews: Continuously study & understand clients’ behavior & transactions, to provide tailored service fit for them. Review & enhance – when needed – service offering based on feedback gathered.
- Investor Education: Serve as a reliable source of education for using the platform, knowledge on products, etc.
Requirements:
- Junior executive-level positions: open for fresh graduates and those with minimal financial services experience.
- Executive-level positions: open for those with 2 years’ experience in the Financial Services space, with strong passion & background in Client Servicing, Business Development, or similar discipline.
- No need for visa sponsorship
