We’re hiring a Graduate Customer Consultant to join a fast-growing, enterprise-focused AI SaaS business operating across the US, UK, and Europe. This is a high-impact role managing a genuinely differentiated, mission-critical platform to senior legal, risk, and compliance stakeholders within large organisations.
As the junior customer consultant, you’ll own project consulting, working on complex, high-value deals with well-known enterprise brands. The business is well funded, scaling quickly, and investing heavily in sales due to strong inbound demand and clear product market fit.
What you’ll be doing:
- Owning the project consulting process, including managing client relationships, project delivery & technical support.
- Running value-led conversations with C-level and VP-level stakeholders.
- Managing complex projects with multiple decision makers.
- Working closely with Sales, marketing, and project teams to deliver a great customer experience & project delivery.
What we’re looking for
- Experience managing client relationships in a B2B setting, ideally in software.
- Strong analytical, technical or consulting experience.
- Passionate about technology, startups or professional services.
- Background in consulting & wanting to pivot into technology.
