Listed & scaling firm in the AI-powered Workflow & Productivity SaaS space. Based in Taipei, Taiwan, you’d be working closely with the Founder & collaborating with respective leaders across the APAC + US region to drive a culture of growth & excellence.

What You’ll Do:
- Own the numbers: Set and smash revenue targets, expand market share, and shape Taiwan’s growth strategy.
- Lead from the front: Build, inspire, and scale a high-performing B2B sales and BD team with sharp incentives and strong culture.
- Build the ecosystem: Forge alliances with top distributors, agents, and system integrators to create a thriving local network.
- Win big deals: Drive enterprise and government negotiations, manage C-level relationships, and land flagship projects.
- Stay aligned: Work hand-in-hand with HQ product, tech, and marketing teams to localize strategies and fuel rapid iteration.
What We’re Looking For:
- Min 5 years in B2B software, SaaS, or IT sales/BD, with at least 3 years leading teams.
- Proven success in channel management and distributor/agent network building.
- Strong negotiator with strategic vision—able to turn big-picture goals into real business wins.
- Sharp market instincts in digital transformation, e-signatures, and enterprise document management.
Added Advantage:
- Hands-on experience scaling startups or high-growth companies.
- Experienced in B2G Sales
